The Brahma Kumaris Organization started its activities in Brazil in 1979. Presently it has several centers in the main capitals and in up-country cities.
Our activities have been diversified in three main areas:
- Development of the potential of human beings, mainly through courses in Raja Yoga meditation. The inspiration and transformation of the life of many has led to the expansion of our activities;
- Personal Development Courses (cursos de Qualidade de Vida) in organizations, companies, hospitals, etc;
- In our community, working on human values through the programs Living Values in Education; Images and Voices of Hope (in the area of the media); Values in Healthcare; and Living Values in Organizations.
