Brahma Kumaris has been developing its activities in the Gaucha Mountains, in the city of Canela/RS, in the “Floresta de Mel” retreat centre. That is a pleasant place on top of the mountains, surrounded by forests and close to the well-known Caracol waterfall, a few minutes away from the cities of Gramado and Canela.
On weekends there are meetings when groups of women, youngsters, professionals of various areas and persons in general get together to relax and reflect about the quality of their lives.
Through retreats and courses about Self-Esteem, Stress free living, Overcoming Anger, Administration of time, The four faces of women, Raja Yoga Meditation, Health, etc., everyone can find the necessary space for self-transformation. The silence, the singing of the birds, the "green aroma", the ravishing nature and the vegetarian food contribute as allies for this process.
