Located at Vilas do Atlântico, in the town of Lauro de Freitas (close to Salvador), it is a retreat place priveleged by the closeness to the ocean, enabling experiences of peace and quietness.
The place offers activities such as lectures and courses on meditation, quality of life and vegetation diet.
On the weekends there are retreats where people can enjoy the nature, the richness of silence, vegetarian diet, as well as the company of people who search for inner balance and spiritual growth.
Among the topics for the retreats are: Self-steem, Developing Spiritual Inteligence, Positive thinking, Time management, Vegetarian diet, Meditation, Stress free living and Solving conflicts.
