- Monday to Thursday 19:00 to 19:30 – space for silence and meditation
- Tuesday 19:00 to 19:30 – creative guided meditation
- Tuesday from 19:30 – Workshops & talks on spiritual subjects
- Raja-Yoga individual or group courses, by appointment, in. French, English or Spanish languages
- 3rd Sunday of each month from 18:30 to 19:30 - International Meditation for peace
- We are offering workshops on a variety of topics throughout the year. Please see our programmes.
