Accept Yourself - Eastbourne

05/02/2012 14:30 - 16:00

Accepting yourself is the nicest feeling around! Your self confidence begins to grow naturally; and you become more easy in your relationships.

Your appreciation of life and the moments of beauty it brings become much more apparent. Accepting yourself for some is a life long journey of discarding and dissolving all the acquired things of what you are not!

Speaker – Neil Jordan
Neil Jordan is an entertaining speaker, who brings honesty and lightness to his talks. Neil began practicing Raja Yoga meditation 11 years ago at the Chelmsford Centre in Essex. He has the ability to speak from the heart, because he has spent quality time looking at his own fears and identifying them.

A selection of meditation CDs and books will be available to purchase - cash and cheque payments only.

All of our talks, courses and workshops are offered free of charge.
