Oriental Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbs sesame oil
  • 2 tbs fresg grated ginger
  • 4 cups oriental sprouts
  • 1 large red pepper
  • 4 stalks of bok choy
  • 1 tbs honey
  • asoefatida (hing) to taste
  • soy sauce to taste
  • curly oriental noodles

Cooking Instructions:

  • add 2 tbs sesame oil , fresh grated ginger, hing to a stir fry pan and sautee for a minute
  • add oriental sprouts, chopped red pepper, and bok choy
  • add honey & soy sauce to taste
  • pour veggies over the cooked noodles and serve
