Ingredients:
- 2 tbs sesame oil
- 2 tbs fresg grated ginger
- 4 cups oriental sprouts
- 1 large red pepper
- 4 stalks of bok choy
- 1 tbs honey
- asoefatida (hing) to taste
- soy sauce to taste
- curly oriental noodles
Cooking Instructions:
- add 2 tbs sesame oil , fresh grated ginger, hing to a stir fry pan and sautee for a minute
- add oriental sprouts, chopped red pepper, and bok choy
- add honey & soy sauce to taste
- pour veggies over the cooked noodles and serve
