Ingredients
- Rice Noodles
- 1 Cup Cilantro
- 1 1/2 Cup Green Beans
- 1 Cup Cabbage (cut in long thin strips)
- 1 Large Tomato (diced)
- 1 Cup Peanuts (chopped and toasted)
- 1 Large Red Pepper
- 1 Large Green Chili
- Vietnamese Hot Sauce to tatse
- 2 Limes (juiced)
- Soy Sauce to taste
- 1 tsp Ginger Powder
- 1 tbs Mustard
- 1 tbs Honey
- pinch Asoefatida
- Salt to taste
Directions
Sautee green beans, with asoefatida, ginger, honey and place in bowl
Mix: red pepper, tomatoes, cabbage, cilantro
Add Cooked Noodles
Add peanuts, noodles, lime juice
Add soy sauce to taste
Add hot sauce to taste
