Thai Chili Salad

Ingredientsthai salad

  • Rice Noodles
  • 1 Cup Cilantro
  • 1 1/2 Cup Green Beans
  • 1 Cup Cabbage (cut in long thin strips)
  • 1 Large Tomato (diced)
  • 1 Cup Peanuts (chopped and toasted)
  • 1 Large Red Pepper
  • 1 Large Green Chili
  • Vietnamese Hot Sauce to tatse
  • 2 Limes (juiced)
  • Soy Sauce to taste
  • 1 tsp Ginger Powder
  • 1 tbs Mustard
  • 1 tbs Honey
  • pinch Asoefatida
  • Salt to taste

Directions

Sautee green beans, with asoefatida, ginger, honey and place in bowl

Mix: red pepper, tomatoes, cabbage, cilantro

Add Cooked Noodles

Add peanuts, noodles, lime juice

Add soy sauce to taste

Add hot sauce to taste
