From Mass Pike East: (From Mass Pike to the house is 1.6 miles)
Directions (By Car)
- Take Exit 17, at stop sign, Stay on your left lane toward Watertown/West Newton
- Cross over Mass Pike, staying as much to your right as possible whilst crossing the bridge
- Be careful not to go onto the Pike, but continue straight, to Watertown, (not to West Newton)
- This is now Galen St. Pass Bertuccis on left and Brigham and Women on right
- Continue straight on 16 East
- Entering Watertown Square, continue straight through the light onto Mt. Auburn St. (Hollywood Video on right)
- Pass Dunkin Donuts on right
- At the second set of lights, turn left onto Common St. Cemetery will be on your right side after turning
- House is #75 on right side, one block down
From Mass Pike West: (From Mass Pike to the house is 1.5 miles)
- Get off on Exit 17, coming to a traffic light. Stay on your right
- You will see the sign of Watertown with the right arrow, and West Newton with the straight arrow
- Take a right turn onto Galen Street and follow the directions above.
From Storrow Drive West:
- Follow sign toward Newton
- At end of Storrow stay in middle lane toward Arlington (Rt. 2)
- Continue following Rt. 2, follow signs for Mt. Auburn Hospital
- Continue straight following sign for Fresh Pond Parkway
- At traffic light where there will be a choice of three lanes, chose furthest left lane. Will pass BB&N school
- Stay on Rt. 16 South (Watertown/Waltham)
- You will enter onto Mt. Auburn St.
- Pass Cemetery on left
- Pass Star Market on right
- Pass School St.
- Pass Bates Rd.
- At next light, turn right onto Common St.
- Will see cemetery on right.
- House is one block down on right side #75
